We enjoyed our dinner here. We had the “Nasi Lengko” and “Empal Gentong” both the specialty of Cirebon area. We add some salted egg. Delicious. The service was good and friendly.

An Indo-Chinese-Javanese restaurant with vintage decoration, providing many authentic menu, halal (suppose to be), quite pricey but quite delicious, they also sell many oldies snack that bring so many good memories.

They serve you various Indonesian and Peranakan dishes. I ordered their Tahu Pong dan Gimbal (Indonesian fried tofu and prawn fritter with black shrimp paste sauce and white radish), Gado-gado (Indonesian mixed vegetables poured with peanut sauce), and Kerupuk Banjur (Indonesian traditional cracker poured with peanut sauce). I also ordered their signature Kopi Lay and Es Kacang Merah (red kidney bean shaved ice). They all taste really good and rich. They came in a quite big portion too. The restaurant's ambience is very nice and somewhat nostalgic with all the good old traditional peranakan décors. They even have a corner which sells the old snacks such as candies, chocolate, and old stuff like zinc plate, traditional tea pot, etc. The price is affordable and you can pay either with your cash or debit card. Must try!
